The best word I can use to describe this Orange Berry Pomegranate Superfood Salad is FRESH. And what could be better in the heat of summer than a super fresh, super tasty salad packed with local, in-season ingredients?! As I’ve told you all many times before, I’m basically addicted to the farmer’s market in the village near where we live and as summer reaches its peak the market just keeps getting better and better. I came home the other day with 2 kilograms of fresh, ripe tomatoes just because they were so beautiful I couldn’t resist! We ate tomato salad for days… I’ve shared so many of my favourite salads with you in the past, like this Berry Walnut Spinach Salad with Maple Vinaigrette, or this Greek Yogurt Caesar Salad, but this Orange Berry Pomegranate Superfood Salad with Raspberry Vinaigrette is my new favourite summer salad, and I know it’ll be yours too!!Here are my tips for delicious summer salads:
- Add fresh produce, both fruits and vegetables! Throw in your favourite greens, berries, citrus fruits, avocados, cucumbers, or even bell peppers. The more colour, the better!
- Add in those healthy fats! Avocado and nuts are a great way to add in some healthy fat to your favourite salad to keep you going all day long!
- Make your own dressing! Homemade salad dressing is SO easy to make and it’s the best way to keep your salads as healthy as possible with the fewest preservatives and the least added sugar. My Easy Healthy Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing is the PERFECT one for this superfood salad!

Orange Berry Pomegranate Superfood Salad
This Orange Berry Pomegranate Superfood Salad is the perfect healthy summer salad made with fresh ingredients and an easy homemade raspberry vinaigrette!
Recipe: Ingredients
- 6-8 cups your favourite mixed greens (I prefer a mix of butter lettuce, arugula, and baby spinach)
- 2 fresh oranges, cut into sections
- 1 pomegranate, seeded
- 1/3 cup raw walnuts, roughly chopped
- 1/3 cup chopped green onions
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 large ripe avocado, cut into slices
- 1 recipe my Easy Healthy Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing (recipe link in blog post AND below in instructions)
Recipe: Instructions
- Add your mixed greens to a large bowl.
- Add the orange slices, pomegranate seeds, walnuts, chopped green onions, blueberries, and avocado slices.
- Drizzle the Easy Healthy Raspberry Vinaigrette Salad Dressing over the top.
- Toss, serve and enjoy!
