We love enjoying it on a hot summer day as a snack or breakfast, and we keep lots of frozen peaches and mangoes on hand during the summer months especially, just for this smoothie! Smoothies aren’t just for breakfast or a snack – they even make a great lunch if you’re on the go and don’t have time to make a meal or have to eat on-the-go. If I’m going to enjoy this Peach Mango Smoothie as a meal, I try to add a scoop of healthy protein powder, some greens like fresh kale or spinach, and a scoop of nut butter for extra protein and healthy fat. How to make a smoothie:
Smoothies are very easy to make, especially if you have a good-quality, high-powered blender like this one from Blendtec (affiliate link). Simply throw in all the ingredients (don’t forget the liquid!), and blend on high speed until smooth, or use the smoothie setting if your blender has one. It’s truly that easy!
