Best Ever Easy Horseradish Sauce
This Best Ever Easy Horseradish Sauce is creamy, spicy, & packed with fresh herbs. Perfect with roast beef, beef tenderloin, or prime rib!

Calories: 60kcal
Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream high-quality, full-fat sour cream is best
- 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 2 cloves garlic very finely minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley finely chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the sour cream, horseradish, garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire Sauce, salt, chives and parsley.
- Stir well to combine and place in an airtight container (or cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid) in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Serve with my Best Ever Marinated Beef Tenderloin, steak, or Prime Rib.
Notes
This horseradish sauce can be served immediately, however letting it chill in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight intensifies the flavours.
