I don’t know about you, but the Starbucks Passion Tea Lemonade is one of my favourite things about warm weather. It’s just such a refreshing drink and I can’t get enough of it!
If you’ve been around here for awhile you’ll know all about how I like to make expensive coffee shop drinks at home, not only to save money but also to cut down on the sugar. This healthy homemade version of Starbucks Passion Tea Lemonade is inexpensive, easy to make, and SO delicious! Plus, there’s no refined sugar and it tastes even better than the original!!
To make Starbucks Passion Tea Lemonade you will need:
- Tazo Passion Tea or any herbal tea containing hibiscus, rose hip and passion fruit (or other fruit) flavours (affiliate link)
- Fresh lemons
- Ice
- Honey, or your favourite vegan liquid sweetener like maple syrup or agave nectar (OR stevia, to make it low carb)

This copycat recipe for Starbucks Passion Tea Lemonade is SO easy to make at home. It’s even easier to make if you have a good-quality, high-powered blender like this one from Blendtec (affiliate link).
Simply throw in the lemon juice and sweetener and pulse on high speed until smooth. Pour the lemonade concentrate into your pitcher along with your chilled passion tea, add some ice cubes, and stir!
Then, pour it into your favourite glass or travel tumbler with a straw and enjoy. It’s truly that easy!!

Starbucks Passion Tea Lemonade (copycat recipe)

Recipe: Ingredients
- 3 Tazo Passion Tea bags or other fruit tea containing hibiscus and rose hip
- 2 liters boiling water (about 8 cups)
- 5 lemons juice only
- 1/4 cup liquid honey substitute maple syrup, agave, or stevia, if desired
- 3 cups ice cubes
- lemon slices for serving
Recipe: Instructions
- In a large heat-safe pitcher, brew the tea by adding the tea bags to the hot water.
- Let cool for at least 10 minutes and remove the tea bags. Let sit in the fridge for about 1 hour. You can also brew the tea the night before and let it sit in the fridge until the next day.
- Add the juice of 5 lemons to your blender along with the honey (or whatever sweetener you choose). Blend until smooth.
- Pour the sweetened lemon juice mixture into the pitcher of cold tea along with the ice.
- Stir well, pour into glasses, and serve.
