Hey guys! I’ve got an amazing side dish recipe for you today – these White Wine and Garlic Mushrooms are SO amazing and they’re my side dish of choice lately. I’ve shared so many of my favourite healthy side dishes with you before, including this AMAZING Easy Greek Salad, these Classic Healthy Garlic Mashed Potatoes, and these Honey Balsamic Roasted Carrots. If you’re looking for another amazing side dish to add to your side dish recipe repertoire, these White Wine and Garlic Mushrooms are definitely it! Just a few simple ingredients and about 15 minutes are that stands between you and maybe the best mushrooms you’ll ever taste!
Our family absolutely loves mushrooms, and we like them best as a side dish alongside grilled chicken or steak with roasted or mashed potatoes and lots of delicious veggies. These White Wine and Garlic Mushrooms are my go-to side dish any time of the year, but I especially love them in the summer since we’re doing so much grilling. I just know you’re going to love them too!

- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves, roughly chopped
- salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoons white wine

I really like the fact that you do not need an extensive range of ingredients to make it. You only have to make a few of these ingredients to get the perfect food for your wine.
