This smoothie is so delicious! My kiddos loved it!
So glad they loved it as much as we do! Thanks for the positive feedback! 🙂
I have to say, I was skeptical at first because I’m not a huge fan of hemp hearts in my smoothies, but this turned out really good. I did use pineapple instead of mango and added that 1/2 scoop of protein powder. I did have to use more liquid though and I used oat milk. But overall, it was good and I’ll be making it again
So glad you enjoyed it! Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a comment! 🙂
Hi! This looks delicious; just wondering about the sugar content per serving- says 30g, is this correct?
Thanks!
Yes, however, almost all sugar in this recipe comes from fruit, so keep in mind that, those numbers represent glucose and fructose with the added benefits of all the fiber, minerals and vitamins the fruits contain.
Hi Chrissie, please can you tell me what this scoop vegan protein powder you add. Thank you so much
We like to use Vega brand vegan protein, but feel free to choose whatever protein powder you like.
